The main purpose of this app is to give our customers fast access to our e-commerce site and our account managers. Our customers are mainly fire alarm technicians, facility managers, and safety engineers. Many of our customers tend to work away from the office and our app will give them the ability to quickly access technical information, pricing, and availability of fire alarm parts. The chat feature will allow them to quickly connect to an ISA Associate to answer any additional questions that they may have. We hope this app will enhance our ability to service our customers!
